Dreamforce24 is officially over, but we are not over it. This year’s largest Salesforce conference was a huge success that no one saw coming. The kickoff started when over 45,000 people joined in person at the San Francisco Moscone Center. Additionally, up to a million CRM enthusiasts joined the historic event online via Salesforce+.

There were new revelations— we are entering the 3rd Wave of Artificial Intelligence through Agentforce. So, beyond copilot and generative AI, within less than a year, Artificial Intelligence has entered a new era to boost customer satisfaction, ROI, and whatnot. Interestingly, according to the latest IDC report, the Salesforce ecosystem is poised to invite a massive opportunity of 1.6 Trillion new business revenue with endless growth opportunities!

The story doesn’t end here. Technology and Humanity aren’t separate from each other. They instead walk hand in hand, blending together towards efficiency and results. The technology is out here to uplift Humanity. So, there were immersive talks with the global leaders about how to safely take forward the advancement of AI in the favor of people. For instance, mindZvue– proudly your Salesforce Gold Partner conducted a successful three- #beyondbooths day series of networking events based on various industries. With many memories and connections, we are ready to ride the new wave of AI. Here is an experiential sharing of what we have learned, valuable insights, and keynotes on Dreamforce24. Without much ado, dive right into the 3-day wrap-up of our time at Dreamforce.

 

An overview of #beyondbooths

 

We conducted a 3-days immersive #beyondbooths sessions at Dreamforce 24 — 5 min from the Moscone Center. 

With a dedicated theme of bringing relaxing breakfast and personalized opportunity, we brought in a series of #beyondbooths for a specific reason. See, innovation starts by stepping beyond boundaries. 

Dreamforce, a massive conference with oceans of events, was full of hustle and bustle. So we thought it would be an excellent idea to go beyond the booths where people would find a great kick start for the day, eventually fueling them to prioritize the suitable events and activities at Dreamforce without getting lost in many “to-dos.” And it turns out the same as well. 97% of our sessions were fully booked as people liked the close-knit conversation to network, relax, and discuss innovation.

The interaction series unfolded with a massive opportunity to unlock networking opportunities in a close-knit ambiance, along with some industrial discussions around how Salesforce is disrupting mundane processes by promoting efficiency and reducing resource cost and time at a massive rate for some big wins for long-term success.

Dreamforce Day 1 in Frames & #beyondbooths Experience

 

Day one was filled with two sessions- Breakfast Over Manufacturing Cloud Discussions and an evening Happy Hour. 

Dreamforce 2024 was set to start around 10 a.m., so we planned a breakfast session to create a room for close-knit connections. 

People from different industries, including high-tech, manufacturing, fintech, and healthcare, joined us in exploring the Salesforce discussion. They were eager to incorporate Agentforce and Data Cloud. Many of them expressed their excitement for the new technology. However, they were experiencing severe challenges in integrating the same. One of the primary struggles is developing AI roadmaps with meaningful business outcomes while aligning with stakeholder expectations.

That’s why Day 1 of the manufacturing session was fully booked. We got a chance to share our CRM strategies with our guests in full detail, along with various innovative additions to them. Global leaders and experts joined the discussions as we dived into the discourse with TE Connectivity. 

As we forged new connections, people could loosen up for the day ahead, which was expected to have huge gatherings.

The idea behind our breakfast session was designed around this theme. Dreamforce is a massive event with a huge gathering. So naturally, amid the day’s hustle and bustle, people sought personalized sessions for knowledge exchange, experiences, and success stories. #beyondbooths effortlessly fitted into that need. Located five minutes from the Moscone Center, the sessions kicked off people’s days with energy and vitality. 

What a delight it was to be a part of Dreamforce24. Hosting and attending the event were two different experiences, and we could immerse ourselves in the essence of both. 

Then, we set off for the day. Since it was the first day, we also had a relaxing happy hour in the evening. Many Salesforce experts joined us. After extensive discussions, we went about the day, occupied with Brain Dates, events, and more.

 

Dreamforce Day 2 in Frames & #beyondbooths Experience

 

Most people are excited about data cloud but are hesitant to commit to strategic initiatives once they get a clear picture of their ROI. So, they seek manageable use cases before scaling big. In such cases, mindZvue experts usually guide personally regarding the possibility of developing a Minimum Viable Product. On this note, we moved forward to Day 2.

It was yet another housefull breakfast session over a Data Cloud discussion. This technology is making waves in uplifting businesses with tangible results. According to the latest report, AI is making waves with remarkable success—a 7X boost in business operations.

In our session on the data cloud, we shared our intricate processes for people planning to invest in the technology. We also noticed that some have already invested in AI and Data Cloud, yet they still need to figure out strategic ways to use it to their advantage. In such cases, relying on a trusted partner is essential. 

With our industry-specific prebuilt accelerators, we described various ways companies can find more innovative methods and implementation strategies to utilize the tool to its fullest. You can buy all kinds of technology. 

However, it ultimately boils down to how it is implemented, as every business is unique. That defines the possibility for any project to be a success or failure.

Dreamforce Day 3 in Frames & #beyondbooths Experience

 

Our team explored visionary sessions with global leaders at Dreamforce. As an initiative, mindZvue had already collaborated with The Mission Continues. This national Nonprofit organization empowers military veterans to apply their leadership skills at a given stage of life.

The senior director of the nonprofit organization, Julian, joined our hands as we immersed ourselves in an interactive session about each part of the nonprofit. It is a whole machinery requiring people, time, and donations management.

Protecting donors, especially recurring contributors, is crucial as one aspires to fulfill global missions. People often prefer to save their data, so it becomes essential that their information is secured from any cyber danger.

Additionally, it is crucial to maneuver efficiently in every part of the NPC, including donors, volunteers, clients, sponsors, and more.

Nonprofit Cloud by Salesforce is the ultimate go-to solution for nonprofits. The idea is to elevate each process so there are no seemingly minor hiccups that might become a bottleneck in the more extensive processes in the later stages.

Closing Note

Dreamforce has been a possibility of innovations and collaboration. Apart from hosting our sessions, we gladly participated in 15 groups and 1:1 sessions along with Braindates with various industrial leaders across the globe. Such sessions were highly appreciated as they involved deep conversations, unlike large sessions, which have a limited scope of personalized interactions. 

It was indeed an experience that expanded our perspective and provided focused solutions to accelerate our clients’ success. One of the key learnings of this conference is that AI has become inevitable in our lives. The more strategically we adopt it, the better we can secure a future-proof business model.
