Aikyam is our way of stepping back from day-to-day delivery to reconnect with why and how we build mindZvue. 

Across three days, we bring our teams together around four clear themes: community, learning, trust and strategy. The result was a retreat that felt less like a getaway and more like a strategic platform for building the next phase of mindZvue.

Day 1: Community, Conversation & Connection

We opened Aikyam25 by coming together for a hands-on community initiative.

We packed hundreds of first-aid kits that will be distributed to communities in need. For mindZvue, this wasn’t just a CSR activity, it is  a reflection of who we are.  

This initiative draws  inspiration from Salesforce’s Ohana value and our own belief that business outcomes and social impact can, and should, move together.

From there, we moved into an open leadership roundtable. 

This conversation:

  • Brought leaders and teams into the same room, without hierarchy
  • Surfaced ideas, concerns and aspirations from across roles and functions
  • Reaffirmed our shared direction as a Salesforce and Enterprise partner

We closed Day 1 on an energetic note with a live band and informal networking.

Day 2: Life Coaching, AI, Recognition & Celebration

Our learning track was led by the dynamic motivational & performance coach Mr. Simerjeet Singh. who challenged our teams to think deeper about decisions, leadership and ownership. Rather than motivational one-liners, the session focused on practical perspectives:

  • Conversations build teams; silence weakens them
  • Showing up matters more than perfection
  • A beginner’s curiosity is a superpower
  • Growth happens when comfort ends
  • The journey is as important as the destination
  • Excellence is a personal standard, not a checklist

This was followed by an AI-focused session led by AI Governance & Law Expert Mr. Saakshar Duggal, where we explored  the gravity  of governance, security and compliance as the foundation of any AI initiative

Together, these sessions reinforced our positioning as a partner that is not just “AI-aware” but AI-responsible and enterprise-ready.

In the afternoon, we shifted gears to our Rewards & Recognition (R&R) session, celebrating individuals and teams who went above and beyond across projects, functions and initiatives. This wasn’t just about awards. it was about making our values visible in the stories of people who live them every day.

We wrapped up Aikyam25 with a closing evening party, where the formal agenda gave way to relaxed conversations, laughter and shared memories. It was a fitting end to two days that blended impact, learning, strategy and celebration in equal measure.
