10 Days. 6 Cities. Then Dreamforce. Here’s What We Brought Back.

10 Days, 6 Cities Dreamforce internal blog banner(3458 x 1042)
Our Road to Dreamforce started ten days before we reached San Francisco.

Atlanta, Denver, Dallas, Houston, Chicago and Seattle were the first six stops. We visited Salesforce offices, met customers and spent time with our mindZvue colleagues across the US. By the time Dreamforce 2026 began, we had already spent much of the trip with the people we work with throughout the year.

San Francisco gave us a chance to continue those conversations and hear what Salesforce was bringing to the platform next.

A week of meetings and familiar faces

For our CEO Vinay Chaturvedi, the week began with the MVP Unconference and MVP Party. It was a chance to catch up with fellow MVPs and friends before the main event.

Day 1 brought Marc Benioff’s keynote and Anthropic’s Dario Amodei on stage. Day 2 was packed with meetings, followed by Dreamfest. Usher and Gwen Stefani made sure the day ended on a high. There were more meetings and a few final catch-ups on Day 3.

Vinay summed up his favorite part in his recap:

“For me, the best part of Dreamforce is still catching up with people”

He went on to mention fellow MVPs, customers, Salesforce teams, partners, Trailblazers and friends he may not see during the rest of the year.

By the end of the trip, the tour had covered eight cities over three weeks. Dreamforce was a big part of that journey, alongside the customer visits and partner meetings that brought us across the US.

What caught our attention at Dreamforce 2026

There was plenty to take in between meetings. Four developments stood out.

AIforce brings Salesforce’s data and business capabilities into AI interfaces such as Claude, Slack and Lightning. People can ask questions and take actions from the tools they use, with Salesforce’s permissions and business rules supporting the work.

Koa is Salesforce’s first CRM reasoning model, built on NVIDIA Nemotron. It is designed for business tasks that involve several steps and require an understanding of the process being followed.

Claudeforce brings Salesforce capabilities into Claude through the expanded Salesforce and Anthropic partnership. It was announced before Dreamforce, with Salesforce in Claude available in beta at the event. Read the partnership announcement.

Headless 360 reflects Salesforce’s move to make its capabilities available beyond the traditional application interface. The Headless Toolkit gives developers access through APIs, MCPs and other tools so they can build experiences around how their customers want to work.

What this means for Salesforce customers

These developments could change how much time people spend finding information and moving work through Salesforce.

But easier access still depends on getting the basics right. Consider a quote approval. The pricing needs to be accurate. Approval limits need to be clear. Someone needs to own the exceptions. Asking an agent to help with the process does not remove those requirements.

For us, that is where the customer discussion should begin. Which task is taking too long? What information does the team need? What should happen automatically and what still needs someone’s approval?

Answering those questions gives a business a better starting point for using AI.

Where mindZolt comes in

Those everyday questions are also behind mindZolt, our AI assistant for Salesforce teams.

A sales leader needs a dashboard. An admin has a change request waiting. The team knows the org needs attention but needs help deciding what to fix first.

mindZolt helps with these tasks through three capabilities:

  • Org Insights lets teams ask questions in plain English and turn the answers into dashboards.
  • Org Forge lets them describe a change, preview it and approve it before deployment.
  • Org Pulse helps identify org health issues and prioritize what needs attention.

We want teams to spend less time waiting for requests to move and more time using Salesforce to get their work done. Keeping them in control of changes is part of that.

Start with something your team already needs

It is easy to return from Dreamforce with more ideas than your team has time to explore.

We would start with one recurring request. Pick something that takes longer than it should and record how it works today. Then decide what improvement would be useful before trying a new approach.

That might mean getting an answer without waiting for a report or reviewing a configuration change sooner. Starting with a familiar task makes it easier to judge whether mindZolt is helping.

To everyone who made time for us during the US tour and in San Francisco, thank you. We valued the customer visits, the partner meetings and the chance to reconnect with the Salesforce community.

We look forward to continuing those conversations.
