Close More, Spend Less, Forecast Better: What DDT v2.2 Does for Sales Teams

Salesforce teams do not just look at data. They review it, clean it, update it, prioritize it, and act on it.

Every feature in this release came from real conversations with our users. Your frustrations with scrolling, tab-hopping, losing context, and clunky views became our roadmap. DDT v2.2 is your update.

Here's Everything We've Added And Why It Makes a Difference

Eight new features. Every single one designed to remove friction from the way your team works with Salesforce data.

Kanban View, See Your Work, Not Just Your Data

New Kanban view SS

Until now, DDT gave you a powerful table. But tables don’t always tell the full story. That’s why we’ve added a brand-new Kanban View, a visual board that groups your Salesforce records by status, stage, or category, exactly the way your team thinks about work.

Switch between table and Kanban with a single click. Filter by any picklist field. Get instant clarity on what’s New, In Progress, Under Review, or Closed.

  • Sales managers can see stuck deals at a glance, no more scanning rows
  • Service leads spot where cases are building up before it becomes a crisis
  • Operations users understand work status in seconds, not minutes
  • One workspace, two powerful views, switch anytime

Column Expansion + Wrap & Clip Text — You Control the View

Column Expansion

Long fields have always been a pain. Account descriptions get cut off. Case notes are unreadable. You’d have to open records just to see what’s there. Not anymore.

DDT v2.2 lets you manually expand columns to give fields the space they need. And for long text, toggle between two modes, wrap Text to read every word, or Clip Text to keep the table compact while you scan.

  • Read detailed notes and summaries without opening records
  • Keep pipeline reviews compact and fast with clip mode
  • Expand just the columns that need more room — your layout, your call

Child-Level Sorting — Organize Related Records Where You Work

Child Sorting

DDT has always been built around connected records, parent accounts, child opportunities, and grandchild activities. But until now, you couldn’t sort those child records without leaving your current view.

With v2.2, sorting works right at the child record level. Expand an account, sort child opportunities by close date. Expand a customer, sort cases by priority. The order you need, right where you are.

  • Sort child records by any field without losing your place
  • Zero extra navigation, everything happens in context
  • Perfect for reviewing deals, tracking cases, and managing tasks

Smarter Delete Action — Stay Exactly Where You Are

Delete Functionality

Here’s something small that drove people crazy: delete a record, get kicked back to the top of the page. If you were reviewing a long list, that meant finding your place all over again.

Fixed. In v2.2, after a row is deleted, you stay on the same page, scroll position preserved, context intact. We’ve also added a clear confirmation step so no action fires without your explicit say-so.

  • No more losing your place mid-review
  • Explicit confirmation before any delete executes
  • Cleaner, more predictable action experience for all users

Clickable Emails, Lookup Redirects & Rich Text — Fields That Actually Work

Lyra Lookup Clickable
Lyra Email Clickable

Three formatter upgrades that transform how you interact with your data inside the table, no extra steps, no extra tabs.

Email fields are now clickable mail to links. Lookup fields take you directly to related child or master records with a visual indicator. Rich text fields now render with formatting preserved, smartly truncated to keep the table clean.

  • Follow up via email without ever leaving the table
  • Jump to related records in one click — no manual navigation
  • Read formatted rich text without opening the full record
  • Every field type now feels like a proper working surface

DDT v2.2 isn’t just a feature update. It’s the result of listening to our users and committing to a Salesforce experience that actually works the way you do.

Three-Level Hierarchy View

View connected Salesforce records in one table: Parent → Child → Grandchild, such as Account → Opportunity → Product.

Expandable Tree Grid

Users can expand rows to review related records without jumping between pages or opening multiple tabs.

Inline Editing

Update records directly from the table, including parent, child, and grandchild records.

Advanced Filters

Filter records using specific conditions so users can quickly find stalled deals, SLA risks, overdue tasks, or priority records.

Custom Filter Logic

Combine filters using logic like (1 AND 2) OR 3 for more precise views.

Global Search

Search across the displayed data set quickly from one responsive search bar.

Lazy Loading + Load More

Load records in batches to keep the table smooth and usable, especially with large data sets.

Guided 5-Step Configuration Wizard

Admins can create tables through a guided flow: Table Settings → Object Hierarchy → Field Selector → Column Configuration → Live Preview

Admin Dashboard + Lifecycle Management

Admins get a central workspace to manage Active, Draft, and Inactive configurations, plus quick actions like Clone, Edit, Delete, and Preview

Not just that: DDT also supports exporting the current view to CSV or PDF, with clear guardrails: 10,000 records for CSV and 1,000 records for PDF
