Leading from Within: My First Aikyam at mindZvue

Aikyam’25 was my first retreat as CEO of mindZvue, and it gave me a close-up view of who we are as an organization. I saw how naturally our people collaborate when they step away from their usual environment.

It was, however, not my first Aikyam. My earlier experience was as a mentor to mindZvue. What stayed with me from that year was not just the message, but the intent and effort behind it—especially the team’s initiative in bringing Ankur Warikoo on board. Securing a speaker of his stature takes clarity of thought and serious planning, and for me, it signaled the kind of ambition the team had for this forum.

From the outside, Aikyam may look like a retreat: a beautiful venue, a set of activities and a closing event. From the inside, it’s much more than that. It’s a thoughtfully designed annual experience with community initiatives, learning sessions, team-building activities, music and dance, all rolled into one.

And somewhere between the music and the lights, I discovered something new: my partners Swayam and Akash have some serious dance moves.

As special as the dancing was, my favorite moment with them actually began much earlier, when we shared the stage for our annual keynote on the collective vision and the journey ahead. Standing beside them, looking out at a room full of people who had flown in from across the country, I felt a deep sense of gratitude—and knowing the effort it took to bring everyone together and make this happen made that experience even more special.

As we spoke about our direction as a Salesforce partner and our commitment to company culture, I found myself watching the faces in the audience. The nods, the smiles, the way people leaned in at certain moments all told me this vision didn’t belong only to the three of us on stage; it was shared, understood and owned by the people in the room. And when we introduced the new benefits for this year, you could feel the energy lift—faces lit up, and the room broke into cheers and applause.

The same thoughtfulness that went into reimagining our benefits showed up in how this year’s learning track was curated. One moment that stands out for me is the session with Mr. Niket Karajagi, a Business Resilience Researcher and Leadership Coach. His focus on inspiring new perspectives for growth felt less like a lecture and more like a needed pause to step back and reflect on how we want to lead, scale and show up for one another at mindZvue.

That foundation carried into the rest of the track. Mr. Simerjeet Singh and Mr. Saakshar Duggal were not “sessions on a schedule”; they were carefully chosen voices who could stretch our thinking—one around decisions, leadership and ownership, the other around governance, security and compliance in AI. This is the same approach that underpins our Digital Labor Solutions at mindZvue, where we design trusted, agentic AI on Agentforce to act as a digital teammate—streamlining complex revenue and service workflows and solving real enterprise business challenges at scale.

Seeing how deeply our teams engaged with these speakers, I felt genuinely grateful to the Aikyam planning team that made it all possible.

When I think about Aikyam, I see a team that shows up for one another, stays curious about what comes next and is ready to solve real-world customer problems with Salesforce and agentic AI—moving forward as one. That sense of oneness is something I will always associate with Aikyam.
